Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of MadeMan Coaching LLC (doing business as MadeMan Coaching and MadeMom Coaching) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

MadeMan Coaching LLC provides personal coaching services, including but not limited to:

Men’s coaching

Women’s coaching (MadeMom Coaching)

Marriage and relationship coaching

Health, fitness, and personal development programs

These services are designed for personal growth, accountability, and structured support, and are not medical treatment or therapy.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of coaching sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or programs.

If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged the full session fee.

Missed sessions without notice will also be charged in full.

4. SMS Messaging Consent

By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive messages related to coaching services. Standard carrier rates may apply. To opt out, reply “STOP” at any time.

5. Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and honest information regarding their health, lifestyle, and goals.

Attending scheduled sessions on time.

Understanding that coaching is a collaborative process and requires personal commitment.

Acknowledging that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional healthcare.

6. Limitation of Liability

MadeMan Coaching LLC is not responsible for any outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from coaching services. Coaching is intended for guidance, accountability, and personal development only.

Clients agree to consult with a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

7. Confidentiality

All client information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential unless required by law.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at our discretion if a client:

Violates these Terms and Conditions

Engages in disrespectful, harmful, or inappropriate behavior

Fails to meet agreed-upon commitments

No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to client misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
